Currently leading development of equipment for limb, back, and head protection for motocross and mountain bike applications. -Turning style oriented ID designs into a fully functional and innovative products -Applying a knowledge of materials and manufacturing techniques to direct oversea facilities -Constantly applying and adapting organizational skills as well as PLM tools to manage product calendars and tech packs -Interpreting and conducting lab and field test results to fine tune products for optimal performance

-Testing and design for helmets, guards, and goggles for moto-cross and mountain bike applications -Research and testing of new foam and rubber technologies -Communication with Asian production factories

-Advanced Prototyping including stress/strain analysis for new backpack designs -Material testing of various hydrophobic down blends in a lab setting -Product testing in the field and through consumer test groups -Solidworks modeling including tent structure and new open cell foam designs
