Project tracking, execution and general support for sales and marketing team. Overseeing successful execution of projects once contracts are signed, composing and managing client correspondence, assisting in presentations and maintaining contact lists. Work closely with clients and internal teams to best meet client needs and project deliverables. Coordinate sales/marketing events, and work on special projects Plan and execute automotive events monthly Proofread decks, pitches, sales materials Communicate with clients on needs, products, and project updates/timelines Develop relationships and engage with Hoonigan Influencers
