Creative Digital Design Manager

Art direction of creative team in the ideation, design, and execution of campaign and brand collateral to ensure brand integrity and campaign consistency across all channels including Visual Merchandising, Sales, Education, PR, Events, Corporate, Digital, Online, and Social

Support the Executive Art Director/Creative Director with mood boards, stylized photography concepts, campaign logo/tag-line lock-ups, and brand guidelines

Manage, develop, and mentor a team of 20 including: Design Managers, Graphic Designers, Project Managers, Events Team, and Branded Collateral Team to institute processes to maximize department efficiencies and ensure deadlines are met

Provide support to the Project Management Team to ensure creative requests are reviewed, assigned, and meet all brief requirements

Work closely with cross-functional team leaders and company VPs to create and implement a go-to-market process to ensure successful product launches and ROI’s are met

Get “hands on” during the design process and present final assets to stakeholders for approval

Director Creative Services

Art direction and design of West Houston Infiniti dealership website that was subsequently used as sales collateral helping the 10th Degree sales team increase business by landing 2 large scale auto groups, one of which boasts 24 dealerships under it’s umbrella. 

Designed and developed rich media ads for car dealerships nationwide that led to a dramatic increase in web leads with the launch
