ACCOUNT / PARTNERSHIP MANAGER

Working directly with brands to develop partnerships for the marketplace. Building a
relationship with brands by offering marketing opportunities in exchange for better
margins. Keeping customer relationships strong by managing accounts and providing
any and all information to customers that may directly affect them.
•   Working directly with Director of Marketing to set up sales programs to offer brands and potential partners
•   Helping to determine business rules for sales order workflow while building out the marketplace with development team overseas
•   Setting up new, and managing customer accounts daily to ensure growth
•   Buying material from vendors to keep accounts supplied as needed
•   Main point of contact between customer and manufacture to resolve any technical issues

Directly managed and grew sales accounts along with handling responsibilities
dedicated to our overall health and wellness business. Required great time
management and relationship building.
•   Consistently met and exceeded monthly sales goals
•   Worked closely with Director of Sales to prospect for trade shows that would
grow our channel
•   Worked very closely with buyers to maximize sell through with correct
product mix, incentives, and sales
•   Prospected and opened new accounts in segments that needed expansion
•   Managed relationships with partner vendors to help build brand loyalty and sales growth in the health and wellness channel
•   Managed order file to ensure all orders were processed and shipped in a
timely and efficient manner

NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

Managed and supported our top performing sales reps and key accounts. Worked cross
departmentally to obtain vital product and launch information for the sales support
team to strengthen our reps knowledge with the newest internal information.
•   Managed Key EDI accounts in tracking orders, while adhering to vendor
compliances, in order to hit tight deadlines
•   Subject matter expert in companies new ERP implementation and subsequently trained Sales Support team on new system
•   Worked closely with Sales Analyst to obtain cohesive and informative sales
reports for sales reps to utilize, directly impacting company revenue
•   Assisted Sales Support Manager with all sales and trade show coordination
before, during, and after events to ensure no details were missed
