Built a $6 million a year business with an initial capital of $500. Segmented the business into a retail and wholesale aspect for distribution. Fostered relationships, and cultivated beneficial rapport with customers by responding to inquiries and concerns.

Organized multiple social media campaigns in to bring awareness to the brand, resulting in a boost in revenue as well as an online following which grew to 25,000 followers within a 3 month time period. Made significant improvement to the supply chain reliability by delivering products on time and with improved quality. Aggressively grew the company YoY from 2012 to 2017, growing every year until a steady revenue of $6M per annum was reached. Spearheaded all key aspects of the business, including manufacturing, customer service, finances, hiring, social media, marketing, trade shows.

Generated new clients using a personal, face-to-face approach that built trust and emphasized personal service to the individual investor. Created and implemented customer database on previous, current, and future customers to be sure to stay in constant contact.

Increased company profitability by negotiating better manufacturing costs as well as cheaper shipping costs.
