Manage operations of a sewing repair facility, specializing in technical outdoor fabrics and production techniques, that processes nearly one thousand orders a month, including DTC orders and contracted B2B warranty repairs with over 30 current Outdoor Industry brands; Develop new training tools, documents and procedures for customer service, operations and production; Develop new techniques for repair/modification of outdoor gear; Develop and manage contract production recall projects and custom/cut-and-sew projects with brand partners or end consumers; Experience in supply/materials purchasing; Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement practices; Manage direct consumer services and corporate account services; Establish, develop and maintain warranty/corporate accounts; Write copy for website and warranty partner proposals; Establish/Develop new hire training procedures for all employee roles; Manage hiring/firing and employee performance reviews.
