- Communicate with multiple overseas venders (Microsoft Outlook) - Navigate PLMA- data entry o Set-up/maintain/update all styles o Edit/update BOMs, PCI pages, and tech packs o Create SR’s, carry-overs, codes for raw materials (fabrics, strike-offs, etc.) and colors/patterns, and create visual comments for new styles o Navigate through raw materials library - Attend model fittings; communicate changes with designers and send comments to overseas venders/teams - Track sample submits/packages (receive & send out), organize/file and prepare/receive/send WIP’s, PL, SMS, trims, and fabrics (strike-offs and lab-dips) - Generate and maintain PO’s with overseas merchandisers/PD’s (Microsoft Excel) - Edit catalogue text/material - Handle multiple collections & seasons at a time

- Transition from Enovia to Centric o Transfer tech packs from Enovia to company server o Create new style numbers, carry-overs, and raw material codes - File fabric swatches and lab-dips - Create SR requests for trims, fabrics and lab-dips - Update tracker for fabric strike-offs (TableTop & Excel) - Update BOMs (color/patterns, trims, packaging, etc.); used tech packs and entered data into BOMs.

- Update costs sheets, style information, BOM’s, sample comments, VLP’s, PO’s, etc. - File fabric swatches depending on season/type of apparel - Data analysis on Excel sheets (style sheets, SMS, etc.) - SMS product line (warehouse & for sales meetings) - Prepared SMS collections for sales meetings and in the warehouse for international sales representatives
