Effectively achieved bringing HYLETE's concept to execution and troubleshooting
existing product lines; implement product information/Style master. Successfully
streamlined procedures from product development to logistics by identifying
process improvement opportunities and key issues to develop conclusions and execution.
Planning/Production - Worked closely with VP of Product on weekly demand
planning/ forecasting buy purchases for cut & sew and domestic tees based on
historical data and sales trends. Issuing PO's, cutting ticket based on delivery plans
? Take the initiative to identify, recommend, and create continuous improvement practices that improve forecast planning, production, and logistics by generating weekly inventory and sales BI reporting.
? Assisted in the compilation and reporting analysis of operational and transactional data and creates high level reports of operational results
? Responsible for managing production schedule and submission and maintenance of all purchase orders. Maintained weekly WIP reports and analyzed production progress for any potential risks, act and provide
solutions within the time frame.
Logistics - Owned and Managed the movement of overseas goods from ex-factory
port to our distribution warehouses.
? Analyze systems data to ensure accuracy for weekly inbound reporting, working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize rush deliveries.
? Oversee product HTS classification and commercial invoice
documentation for custom clearances. Serve as a liaison between finance
and 3PL for shipment reconciliation and receiving
? Developed a new logistics tracking system, resulting in an increased ontime delivery by 30%.
Product Line/ Development - Participate in seasonal product planning and building
merchandise line plan assortments.
? Responsible for the creation, upload, and maintenance of the style master, ERP, and warehouse system data integrations. Promote use of data to relevant user departments to make more informal decisions by
implementing a product hierarchy chart restructuring 700 styles (5,000+ SKUs). Built and managed the company's
master HTS code database
? Work out costing by style based on target prices and negotiating with vendors to meet margins if necessary.
