• Build & maintain relationships with all internal & external brand partners for creative, POP, in store presentation & activation initiatives • Manage & lead creative/cross functional teams towards execution of design, construction and logistics for all off- site events • Drive sales through elevated marketing initiatives including GWP’s, sweeps/contests, in-store appearances & responsible for creating exclusive activations for loyalty members • Implement consumer facing in-store events across chain by managing event, budgets and overseeing the execution from start to finish • Provide product seeding, content and influencer strategy for each event & brand launch • Secure PR imagery/assets for media distribution and post coverage • Work cross functionally with merchant teams, social/digital media, PR, ecommerce marketing & visual merchandising to support all brand & collection launches
