• Processing customer orders and follow through to ensure orders ship on time according to customer specs.
• Communicate with all departments in relation to EDI orders and compliance issues.
• Review and approve all program and EDI related invoices from vendors.
• Responsible for all GDSN item data synchronization.

• Rider Support Rep - manage amateur support program of 500+ riders.
