Manage logistics and operations for a domestic and international customers.  Lead all ecomm accounts, managing inventory levels and daily invoicing. Operations Coordinator

Manage all sales operations, logistics and customer service for the US and Canadian Territory. Ensure constant communication with the Company’s US and Canadian 3PL’s with regular attendance at the 3PL sites.  Create SOP’s for returns, inventory management and customer service teams.  Track inbound containers and ensure efficient supply chain through constant communication with the company’s Freight Forwarder and Australian counterparts.

	•	Management of company’s sales order book with daily inventory allocations, pick tickets and invoicing files.
	•	EDI Testing and set up for new major customers including American Eagle, Sporting Life and other major drop ship accounts.

	•	Annually travel to Australia to attend and assist with product launch and sales conference.  



Sales Operations 

Manage warehouse operations and lead the Dispute Resolution team. Oversee strategic plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Train, mentor, and evaluate direct reports, promoting performance and morale. Continuously work to streamline order flow to the shop floor, shorten review processes, and optimize order fulfilment. Analyze department performance and make necessary changes to improve key indicators. Contribute to a comprehensive knowledge base for clients to use when reviewing accounts.

•	Created standard procedures for major big box retail customer accounts in accordance with vendor compliance manuals and industry best practices that reduced costs and timelines. 
•	Supported key operational improvement projects, including the implementation of a Warehouse Management System, shipping solution, and EDI solution.

Customer Operations Manager

Performed timely and accurate invoicing, collection of monies due, return credits, and bank deposits. Managed cash applications, ensuring the proper application of cash receipts. Conducted credit checks and established and managed limits. Processed all incoming international wire payments.
