•	Developed and executed sales and marketing plans to achieve annual sales goals through new business development and branding strategies that opened up new opportunities for growth.
•	Coached and motivated sales management staff to achieve sales goals through effective pricing, program and customer relationship building, resulting in monthly sales goal achievement.
•	SAP implementation project group member, focused on developing the APO forecast model and structure, for the establishment and maintenance of sales by customer and month.


Director Of Sales

Created a department from scratch focused on streamlining and implementing processes that improved sales forecasting, factory planning and financial reporting aspects.
•	Recreated the entire sales forecasting process, focused on a bottom up approach that created executive level buy in early in the process, the result was an accurate forecast by customer that could be disseminated to the rep level for go-to-market implementation.
•	Established new protocol for monthly factory order submission, took detailed burden off of sales managers freeing them up to focus externally and created methodology for applying statistical strategy to bring high level forecasts to the detailed level needed by the factory.
•	Conceived and implemented process to deliver sales forecasting at a financial level that finance and accounting could utilize resulting in timely and accurate information flow.


Director Sales Operations and Analytics

Responsible for the sales of one of the top ski hardgoods brand in the USA with sales over $35M annually, achieving results through accurate forecasting and executed with strong programs and pricing strategies.
•	Improved communication with outside sales rep force, that resulted in increased sales in the market due to timely and accurate communication.
•	Conceived of a need for a new and demonstrable technology in the marketplace through retailer contact and drove the implementation of the concept with the product development and marketing teams resulting in an award winning design, strong go-to-market plan and achievement of sales goals.
•	Embarked on a national tour of retailers to launch the new K2 Ski Boot into the market, delivered presentations around the country with top retail partners and secured accounts to bring in the new product line.


National Sales Manager

Responsible for the US sales market, managing outside sales force and partnering with accounts for an up and coming brand resulting in a 310% sales growth to exceed $5M in sales
•	Established new and forward thinking sales programs through rep and customer feedback that resulted in smoother negotiations and the exceeding of sales goals
•	Realigned the outside sales force in territories where the brand direction and the focus of the sales representative agencies needed improvement that took the brands on a path to sales and market share growth.
•	Kept the internal product and marketing teams focused on the advantages of being a small brand within a larger company, this allowed decisions and implementations to get to market faster continuing the rapid sales growth curve.


Responsible for international distributor sales and marketing for all 18 K2 Sports brands. Coordinated the sales and needs of all non-subsidiary distributor sales around the globe with sales of $1M.
•	Cultivated and landed the distribution for retail store locations in The Dubai Mall, showcased at one of first indoor ski slopes in the world, opening up exposure for the brands to customers that had not before seen or experience the sport of skiing.
•	Streamlined all distributor pricing across 12 different brands and multiple countries that allowed both the distributors and internal sales staff an understandable approach to international pricing policies for K2 Sports.
•	Established new communication methods and policies with distributors that resulted in the timely exchange of information both for landing sales and improving the flow of product orders through the system that are still being utilized today.
