As a jet ski guide, our job requires responsibilities similar to those of a life guard while we take guests out on the water, ensuring there safety and maintaining the respect of a very expensive water craft. During this job I was able to interact with different customer everyday, working up there excitement to ride a jet ski and connecting with them on a more personal level so that they would feel excited to return for a second trip.
During my summer working for Top Gun Water Sports, I feel my customer service and one-on-one interaction improved as well as interacting with new customers feeling that they left with a positive opinion of our company. Ensuring that they had a great first experience during there jet ski trip as well.

Pizza Hut was my first job before graduating high school and moving onto college. During my five years spent with the company I worked my way up from host to Team Leader. I worked hear fulltime through my two years sent at AACC and during summer and winter breaks from Salisbury University. I worked as several positions including lead cook during dinner rushes, delivery driver. cut table and cashier. Typically on a given night I would take the customers order, make the order myself, box it and then deliver it to there house.
Accomplishments:
During my many years spent at Pizza Hut I gained a great deal of customer service, working under pressure and understanding the customers expectations. I learned what it took to run and manage a restaurant and the amount of effort that each employee needs to contribute in order to keep the restaurant running efficiently.
