In addition to a Masters in mediation and alternative dispute resolution, I have a unique background blending marketing, communications, dispute resolution, customer service, training/education, operations, and project management. My background is in luxury ski/golf resorts, education, and consumer products (B2C: hardware, apparel, cosmetics).

I enjoy fishing, boating, camping, and skiing in the Sierras. I'm also passionate about supporting local businesses & artists and farm-to-table cooking.

Marketing strategy and project management  for B2B and B2C brands across a wide variety of industries including health &wellness and skiing. 

Owns marketing operations including campaign and new product launch project management. Leads communication and workflows in support of those initiatives. Develops new marketing processes to drive departmental process improvement, foster stronger business alignment, and improve executional agility. 
•	Created Performance Marketing’s first standard operating procedures (SOPs) including creative team production, ad production, email marketing execution, product retirement, marketing initiative communications.

Marketing Operations

Spearheaded marketing for two disruptive female-owned sports accessories companies (both with MLB official licensing) to streamline strategy, timeline, creative direction, copy writing, and execution across multiple channels. Oversaw implementation of internal operational processes for both brands including SKU creation process. Developed operational SOPs such as creative process development from artwork concept to DTC availability. Upheld strong relationship with third-party Amazon agency to optimize channel success and later took on Amazon channel management. Conceptualized first cross-channel holiday marketing strategy. Implemented new email marketing platform (Klaviyo) for both brands. Established a new wholesale channel. 
•	Launched Vertical Athletics brand by initiating and executing website, social presence, and email marketing strategies.
•	Refreshed Bani Bands website and piloted first lifestyle photo shoot including creative direction and production.


Marketing Director

Piloted marketing initiatives for leading innovator of light electric vehicles and last mile transportation. Company recognized by TIME for Best Inventions of 2018 (Boosted Mini) and 2019 (Boosted Rev). Led three waves of major vehicle launches (two of which were multi-SKU), four major accessory launches, two multi-SKU vehicle accessory launches, and various annual summer, back-to-school, and holiday promotion campaigns.
Directed creative production priorities, managed all timelines, and oversaw all assets prior to go-live including web QC. Managed design team’s Creative Project Manager and drove alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Creative to effectively launch go-to-market (GTM) strategies on time, within scope, and within budget. Oversaw the day-to-day content strategy across email, blog, and social platforms. Cultivated partnerships and enforced brand standards as key liaison to external creative, digital, legal, and web development teams.
•	Encouraged and improved company-wide agility by directing cross-functional communication and creating alliances between Marketing, CS, Service, Product, Operations, Engineering, Fulfillment, and Manufacturing.
•	Strengthened organizational learning in the midst of marketing team doubling in size to become trusted “Chief of Staff” to the Chief Marketing Officer.  
•	Demonstrated remote communications expertise by remotely orchestrating Boosted Rev (Scooter) GTM strategy including thorough website restructuring to accommodate new vehicle form factor and new target market.


Marketing Operations Manager

Controlled of all post-purchase customer education and messaging on blog, email marketing, and support page platforms with keen focus on efficient owner and community education. Streamlined content strategy and copy writing during 3rd generation longboard launch and introduction of new short-board. Implemented systems for tracking direct customer retention including Net Promoter Score (NPS), return, and refund analytics. Set up and administered direct and digital surveys for initial customer insights programs. Trained third-party event marketing and talent agency to support rollout of first nationwide field marketing program. Liaised with Customer Service to implement safe, timely, and regulated recovery of standard range battery packs.
•	Improved understanding of ongoing customer experience by researching and utilizing various techniques, analyzing customer feedback, and developing multiple forums where customer concerns could be communicated.
•	Curated original multi-media content in collaboration with digital acquisition, customer service, and social media teams pertaining to email campaigns, blog content, and FAQ’s leverage content across all channels.
•	Led highly successful analytics reporting and customer education for January 2017 CPSC standard range battery recall.

Established and owned data analytics, material development, and account support for the retail channel. On-boarded, trained, and managed partnership with new third-party delivery and demo service (Enjoy). Led direct channel’s reservation campaign NPI planning for 2nd generation board. Conceptualized and executed customer email marketing strategy in addition to all website support content for launch.
•	Designed and delivered superior customer experience for 2nd generation board launch by coordinating multi-staged campaign involving reservation, deposit, manufacturing schedule, and delivery duties. Overcame additional obstacle caused by mid-stream product recall through active collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
•	Triggered 1500% retail channel growth as company grew from 10 brick and mortar accounts to 150 by anticipating and integrating rapid growth of all systems and solutions, including spreadsheets, checklists, sales forecasting, credit reporting, order entry, care packages, returns, and analytics.

Sales Operations Manager

Curated retail channel training and product marketing materials and developed online portal for streamlined retailer access. Boosted brand awareness through hands-on demo and domestic event support including X-Games and Surf Expo. Formulated tracking and maintenance system for all demos boards in support of retail channel’s rental pilot program. 
•	Surpassed office manager role requirements and assumed new position as Brand Ambassador, created to leverage my training material development skills and tackle additional responsibilities to meet evolving needs of dynamic start-up.

Directed 11 office managers and administrative professionals across nine offices and prepared performance review processes for company. Spearheaded hiring, training, and construction of training materials for entire administrative team. Oversaw administrative operations of all AJ Tutoring locations including facility maintenance, organization, and augmented standards of service, in addition to opening of three new tutoring offices. Administered all company healthcare benefits and conducted all new-hire onboarding procedures.
•	Promoted to Office Manager within three months of employment and advanced to Director of Administration within eleven months subsequent to diligent efforts demonstrated within start-up environment.
