We own customer issues, from start to finish - provide excellent customer service while answering inquiries about product, online orders, warranty, and provide technical support to Burton consumers. We maintain and create professional one on one relationships with customers and fellow outdoor enthusiasts. Work alongside Burton's internal departments to ensure our riders are receiving the best and most accurate information. I have served over 2,546 requests over a span of 5 months with impeccable accuracy.

Shred Shop is a full service snowboard, skateboard, stand up paddle board (sups), and long boarding shop serving Chicago land since 1988. During my time a Shred Shop I formed the social media platforms, pioneered the social media strategy, planned events, and was an expert in snowboarding equipment and accessories.
