My responsibilities were to help launch the creative at a new division of Mad Engine and continue to maintain a premier creative experience in the industry of merchandise for the clients. I was responsible for building, managing, and directing the design team. We, work closely with influencers, musicians, and athletes to design, produce, and distribute their product offerings. We offer an array of creative services. Ranging from simple print on demand merchandise, all the way up to developing a full brand identity and custom products.

Directed, managed, and designed for all categories at Neff. Categories included: headwear, apparel (both domestic and import cut and sew), eyewear, watches, technical outerwear, technical gloves, bags, bottoms, other snow accessories, and printables. As Creative Director, my responsibility was to collaborate closely with Shaun Neff to create a look and feel for all Neff projects. I, then ensure that those directions are being carried throughout the design process' to the final product.

Responsibilities included meetings with clientele for initial creative sessions, style boards, and graphics. Also, worked closely with motion picture studios such as Dreamworks, Pixar, Warner Bros., Nickelodeon, and Walden Media. Focusing on developing style guides, logos, and titles. Style guides would consist of color stories, graphics, icons, and patterns that could be used on apparel and accessories.

Worked closely with the Creative Director and Design Director to Design logos, marketing assets, product packaging, and apparel for an array of local clients.
