• Responsible for assisting Senior Vice President with major accounts including Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Nordstrom, Sak’s Fifth Avenue, Lord & Taylor, Macy’s, Von Maur and Belk for a $8 million division • Analyze and report on weekly and monthly selling to identify growth and replenishment opportunities • Knowledgeable of complete women’s line and able to present multiple seasons to Buyers during market and tradeshows • Work directly with accounts to provide accuracy on all order logs, fabric information and ecommerce details

• Execute buying, advertising, branding and E-commerce areas of the boutique to achieve $150,000 in yearly gross sales • Manage all areas of accounting including open to buy, payroll, P&L reports and tax management • Grow E-commerce through fulfilling orders, managing inventory levels and photography updates for the website along with social media platforms • Attend tradeshows to shop trends and new brands for Beloved while ensuring differentiation from local competition • Collaborate with local businesses to gain and grow customer awareness through events and promotions • Hire, train and manage employees to meet boutique standards • Plan and execute Pop Up Shops throughout North Carolina for universities, private organizations and seasonal holiday events • Provide exceptional individualized customer service and styling needs to new and current clients

Work closely with the sales team to ensure orders are entered and processed. Provide product knowledge of the current and upcoming season's dresses within the division. Act as a liaison between buyers and the account executives on our sales team.

Process incoming shipments which include updating the stock, steaming and tagging merchandise Responsible for the closing duties including the End of Day report Frequently update mannequins to display new arrivals, while applying my visual merchandising skills

Promote awareness of the Merchandising Program at ECU Assist the program's faculty with their daily tasks Create outlets of advertisement for the program, including pamphlets and newletters

Assist sales team in showrooms during buyer appointments Complete assigned tasks by the sales and merchandise coordinators Maintain dress samples in and out Ensure each showroom is clean and organized Create line sheets for major accounts

Greet incoming customers while offering assistance Suggest merchandise to new customers Complete transactions at the cash wrap Ensure the merchandise is folded properly
