My intent is to find a job where I can explore my creativity and build a growing career.

In charge of receiving and processing shipments for a large format store. Lead a team of employees through all back of house operations including making sure all shipments to customers were done properly and in a timely manner. Communicating with upper management about daily operations.

Operations Manager 

In charge of planning large and small upscale events on and off-site along with taking care of all catering orders. Staying in constant communication with guests to make sure their vision comes to life. Making sure all invoices are paid and that all purchasing for the restaurant is in order. Entrusted in balancing cashbooks and handling financial responsibilities. Communicating with staff and upper management to make sure operations run smoothly.

Events Coordinator/Office Manager

Checking guests in and out and ensuring they have a positive experience. Entrusted in balancing cashbooks and handling financial responsibilities. Daily tasks include tidying up, overseeing hotel operations and making sure the inn is up to company standards. Help assistant general manager by overseeing events.

Front Desk Manager

Support an environment of genuine customer connection. Exercise decision-making skills to enhance customer experience. Take ownership of individual awareness of product knowledge and current trends. Lead trainings in certain apparel meetings. Act as Manager On Duty when other managers are unable to. 

Apparel Specialist/MIT

Helped develop and establish a menu and business plan prior to grand opening earlier. Oversaw day-to-day operations of the business, managing employees and dealing with vendors. Run internet and social media campaigns. Assist chef in culinary duties.

Assistant General Manager

Helped to plan large, upscale events and meetings for an up and coming not for profit. Entrusted in uploading important content using various types of software. Helped run internet and social media campaigns. Daily research for important content that pertained to Library For All’s mission.

Business Development and Content Intern

Assist in use of horses for various types of therapy for persons with disabilities. Groom and tack horses. Lead horses during therapy sessions and ensure safety of rider.
