 - Negotiate buy-in terms, shipping costs, and markdown terms with distributions and direct vendors.
 - Identify items/brand to transition into central buying warehouse to reduce shipping costs.
 - Create and evaluate competitive and profitable regional pricing and discount structure.
 - Revamping and implementing chain-wide marketing strategy including print, social and radio.
 - Develop email marketing campaign and build customer email database.
 - Administer ordering system portal to maintain current vendor requirements and ordering preferences.

Retail Buyer and Marketing Manager

• Develop strategic business plans and support key company financial metrics.

• Attend local, regional and national tradeshows and vendor headquarters to preview and pre-line future seasons’ product.
• Make assortment decisions within my categories to best represent the brands we carry and our target customer.
• Seek out new brands and categories to increase sales and assortment.
