• Responsible for allocating domestic and imported goods to warehouses and stores according to need based on sales performance
• Set new stores with the correct product according to the assortment
• Make sure all advertised product has been allocated according to the proper thresholds
• Fully responsible for the set-up and maintenance of Backstock skus for three departments
• Responsible for posting most transfers in my departments
• Responsible for managing allocations of $7M+ of product for the 2011 Back-To-School Day Packs Program
• Retail Sales in Daypacks for the season went from $11.5 Million in 2010 to $12.3 Million in 2011
• Responsible for training and mentoring employees new to Allocations
