Partake in the logistical management of corporate and public events. Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes. Assess an event’s overall success and present post event reports to assess strengths, weakness, and achievements within the event and improvements for future events. Connect and interact with people at the event. • Increased product sales by 20% through targeted promotions to channel new and existing customers. • Maintained a portfolio of over 100 vendors/clients, serving as the primary point of contact. • Planned, organized, and facilitated 10+ events per month including but not limited to staffing, building operations, and event set-up and break-down. • Tracked and reported costs, sales, and other event statistics for each event.

Review rental assistance applications for eligibility on a daily basis working within grant program restrictions. Obtain and assemble client documents including performing rent relief intakes in a timely manner with a high degree accuracy, while remaining respectful of cultural diversity. Perform timely data entry in HMIS, assisting with electronic file management, and end of the year file retention process. Reconcile check and batch payments following grant guidelines and internal fiscal processes. Maintain and cultivate relationships with partner agencies. • Provide fiscal support to departments within the agency and is responsible for coordinating and assisting in a variety of procurement and fiscal responsibilities including processing vouchers. • Participate as a project team member; support new initiatives; cooperate and adapt to changes and processes. • Participate in change management strategy through communication and collaboration with others.

Work along side Group Sales Managers and Directors to provide exceptional lifetime experiences to everyone; internal and external guests. On a regional level create and manage purchase orders, process client invoice's, create and manage comp reservations and lift tickets.
