Lifestyle Marketing Brand Manager

Marketing & Sales

- Participate in the development of seasonal Go-to-Market strategies.
- Work closely with Sports Marketing, Events, Digital Content, Photo/Video, and PR/Grass Roots Marketing on asset activation strategies/launches. 
- Concept event activations for: Babes in the Dirt, Crankworx Whistler, and The One Moto Show.
- Work with the internal Sales Director to plan and execute seasonal promotion and activation plans to support our Key Accounts.
- Own the Lifestyle Budget for Marketing, and work closely with Finance to ensure plans are being met.
- Manage the production of all seasonal photo shoots from conception, logistics, and planning, alongside on-site production. 
- Manage the creative development timeline and process, which includes sell-in materials, promotions, and photo shoots. 
- Prepare and present seasonal Go-to-Market presentations at Global Sales Meetings and ensure Key Marketing Stories are being 


- Managed seasonal photo calendar including seasonal product, catalog, web, and advertising photo shoots. 
- Updated and tracked all sample inserts and drops to ensure minimal missing shot items. 
- Tracked and managed seasonal photo studio samples to ensure lines are fully maintained until all shoots are complete. 
- Organized and managed model castings inside the Photo Studio. 
- Worked with Sports Marketing on athlete sample pulls. 
- Coordinated all travel for photographers, models, ambassadors/athletes, and creative team.
- Reported and worked closely with the Creative Team to make sure all company Marketing and Creative objectives were met. 
- Worked with Product Merchandise team to ensure all samples in VLP’s are being allocated in the studio. 


Photo Studio Production Coordinator

- Assisted the team in answering incoming calling calls and customer service inquires via e-mail.
- Followed company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Built trust and relationships with customers through open and interactive communication. 
- Processed all returns/exchanges for unhappy customers.
