Account Executive · Emerald Expositions
It is worth noting that I sincerely enjoy working with my Sales Director. She has given me the tools needed to be a successful Sales Representative for the tradeshow I work on. I currently am developing and maintaining strong business relationships within my account base in our event space. I call them to say hi or to put together a sponsorship package that will meet their marketing objectives and show ROI expectations. I’m constantly working to improve win-backs and renewal retention by generating awareness of the new things our show is doing to enhance attendee experiences. Focusing on incorporating SalesForce into my day-to-day operations has improved my efficiency with customer prospecting, retention and growth.
Key Achievement: Generated 46% of the total show revenue in 2016 (increase of 8% from year prior). Assigned territory customer base increased 9% in 2017. This year, my territory sales represents 68% of the total show revenue.
Oct 2014 — Mar 2016
Sales Manager · PTX Performance Products USA
Majority of my time in this position was spent implementing strategic sales plans, programs and forecasting to accommodate performance goals for the year. There were many PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets involved. I needed to provide sales reports showing volume, potential sales, and areas of client base expansion to the executive team; identifying opportunities to improve sales, ways to drive accountability and raise the standard of team performance to increase revenue. Key Achievement: Designed and coordinated an incentive program for the Hang Ten Bikes brand resulting in increased unassigned territory bicycle category sales by 83% in the first year.
Jul 2011 — Oct 2014
Operations Manager - Consultant · Tyler Rose Swimwear, Beach Riot, Tavik Swimwear
This position felt like being the conductor of an orchestra. I directed the majority of tasks for departments to ensure business goals and objectives were reached. This position taught me the importance of having a deeper knowledge of the business processes and why maintaining strong working relationships with other departments is so important. I enjoyed managing the full project lifecycle through to implementation, project timelines, and task deadlines. Key Achievements: Closed the largest sale in 2013, scored a competitive win-back from a major competitor, and sold aged inventory to a top online retailer.
Nov 2009 — Jul 2011
Sales Operations Specialist · Quiksilver
While in this position, I was exposed to all areas of Sales Operations (Territory and Key Accounts) and customer service with a focus in the Special Service areas. I hit the ground running and began immediately with an introduction to SAP. l gained experience with operations coordinators by means of account interaction and order file maintenance. The highlight was assisting with sales meeting organization and special projects. This job was fast-paced where no two days were the same and as a result gave me the opportunity to grow in multiple areas of development.
Key Achievement: Served as integral member of the Value Channel team that delivered single-year sales increase of 20%, benchmarking year-end revenues in 2010.
Jan 2008 — Nov 2009
Inside Sales Representative · Hurley International
This was my very first desk job! My roles and responsibilities included answering incoming phone calls and emails, direct calls to the appropriate department, assisting customers with questions related to product details, order status etc. Sales order entry and maintenance took up most of my time; entering incoming sales orders, communicating order status with customers and sales reps, running sales reports, processing returns and sending orders for processing to the warehouse. It was in this position where my love for Full Circle began.
Key Achievement: Received Rep of the Year award for initiative, enthusiasm, tenacity, persuasiveness, intense customer focus and dependability in all performance evaluations.
