With a wide range of skills highlighted and developed, this role involves overseeing marketing campaigns and analytics, logistical planning for campaigns, events, and partnerships, as well as assisting with graphic design support as needed. This position requires personal communication skills to work with vendors, ability to organize and assess analytic data, copywriting skills, organizational skills to delegate and monitor various creative projects, the ability to handle many tasks at once on tight timelines, and a flexible, hard-working attitude when things don’t go as planned.

In charge of product and packaging designs for product lines ranging from tents, sleeping bags, backpacks, and life vests, some of which include kid’s camp products under the Disney, Marvel, and Universal licenses. Also in charge of packaging, digital, and POP merchandising designs, and developing marketing and social media campaigns for four various brands under mass market and specialty categories.
