From inception to delivery, oversee all Visual Merchandising updates and special projects for high profile Shop In Shop locations. Approaching each project with a full service perspective that utilizes strategy, operations, logistics, and project management.

Designed custom in-store programs for 40+ key retailers, integrating multiple divisions to support the overall Skechers story.

Managed prototyping, manufacturing, distribution and inventory of custom retail displays (temporary, semi-permanent and permanent). Led the planning and implementation of retail display projects; building timelines and defining scope to ensure all jobs were delivered on time. Sourced and developed suppliers for labor, equipment, casework, materials, lighting, electronics and graphics (domestic and overseas). Construction managed 7 movie theatre concession build-outs, ranging from $250K-$800K each. Responsibilities included project estimating, design and bid reviews, material purchasing, change orders, and site management through certification of occupancy.

Responsible for the consumer experience in Beachworks Shops for all categories of product; including messaging and visual presentation.

Managed the sourcing, production, and distribution of all visual materials for 170 retail stores; included sign kits, windows, and in-store fixtures.

Created store displays for 20+ retail accounts in Orange County, department stores and freestanding retail stores.
