Hi, I’m Kath. I’m a Boulder-based creative director, designer, and photographer with 10+ years of experience in the outdoor industry. Currently, I’m the Creative Director at Hexa | Custom where we specialize in customizable performance apparel for global clients. Previously, I was the Creative Strategist at Inkwell Media, managing clients including The North Face, National Geographic, and YETI. As an entrepreneur, I am a creative storyteller and my passion has been fueled by an excitement to push boundaries.

Creative Director at startup focused on customizable performance apparel, with clients including Google, Netflix, Toyota / Olympics, Boston Celtics, Audi Sport, and more. Work alongside CEO to grow company, leading to 5x growth from YOY. Oversee creative, brand strategy, digital marketing, social, events, and product development. Awarded "Best in Innovation" award from PPAI for supplier technology and eCommerce website. 

Created new DTC virtual business from concept to execution. Launched new product line and expanded it to full season, while maintaining fully sustainable premium lifetime guarantee products that suite both B2B and B2C channels. Built and grew social media through influencer partnerships, and oversaw product seeding to increase brand identity. Shot, produced, and directed stills, brand videos, and marketing content. Identified and developed relationships with fulfillment center for domestic and international orders.

• Directly managed 25 athletes to coordinate social media posting 
• Daily and weekly reporting, social post tracking, and holding  internal team members accountable for deadlines

• Worked as creative director to produce all graphics, animations, and lead video direction.

• Developed creative and social strategy to help promote the premier of Running Wild with Alex Honnold

• Worked with the social media team to execute their first influencer campaign to generate awareness and target an active-lifestyle audience
