Own design and development, all categories (excluding denim), for Women's Kmart Basic Editions brand. Manage one Assistant Designer. Travel overseas to work directly with vendors on fabric and style development. Manage development of color, print/pattern & graphic direction.

Owned design and development for Girls' Activewear (Sears & Kmart), as well as development of color, print/pattern & graphic direction. Supported design and development of Women's Activewear (Sears & Kmart) under Senior Designer.

Managed training of new team members after less than 6 months on the team. Introduced a visual method of communicating to overseas vendors, reducing sample iterations.
