• Assist the General Manager and President of Football Operations • Oversee perspective calendars and contacts lists • Manage hard and electronic communication on behalf executives • Executive liaison to all internal business and football departments • Provide opponent and travel resources on a weekly, game-by-game basis • Coordinate executive travel, meetings and retreats • Collaborate with other executive departments including CEO, CFO and Ownership • Manage team depth chart • Awareness of NFL calendar, deadlines, and communicate to club staff • Oversee Pro and College athlete visit itineraries and coordinate with appropriate departments • Manage numerous data analysis projects on NFL Draft-eligible players while maintaining primary draft database • Compile information for Chargers draft board year-round and implement annual coding system
