Ownership of all styles within sportswear and activewear, concept through adoption. Managed an average of 45 styles seasonally, working with the creative director to analyze trends and determine seasonal assortment and line strategy. Responsible for the creation and management of all sketches, tech packs, BOMs and garment measurement specifications. Effectively managed and processed all samples from prototype to salesman sample including all fittings. Organization and management of all studio and on-location photo shoots including sample tracking and model scouting. Domestic and International travel 3-4 times a year for fabric/trim sourcing and development. Worked closely with overseas partners on sustainable fabric innovation and development winning GoLite awards including being a finalist for the 2018 Outdoor Retailer Innovation Awards in the sustainability category and Backpacker Magazine Spring 2019 Editors’ Choice Green Award.
