The main contact for all Shoppertrak related reporting and Payroll reporting for all 200 Oakley retail stores. In charged of allocated and analyzing payroll usage on a weekly basis to ensure stores are not exceeding the appropriate amount of hours vs Overtime. Consistently provides support to the retail stores with Shoppertrak related issues ( ie: broken/ malfunctioning orbits, new account creations, and more).

Work alongside the US Product manager in order to support with National and Key account product meetings/ training. Lead the Motocross category for U.S wholesale by being the central point of contact between Global Product, Marketing, Sales and Operations. Collaborated with the Eyewear Category Manager to review sales initiatives, help develop new ideas, and strategies to grow the business further. I was responsible for communicating market and product needs/ issues between the Sales team and the Global product team.

Provide efficient dealer services for all Oakley Wholesale accounts with returns, orders, shipments, Prescription glasses, and Oakley Custom products. Assist sales reps with returns and account related concerns in order to create an enhanced business relationship.
