• Manage $25K annual marketing budget for digital/social media advertising and local print. Manage and advise on strategic marketing initiatives for Empire Paddle Sports and sub-brands.
• Program management and design - Built out experiential calendar for paddle sport community events in the Inland Empire region, including partnering with the City of Lake Elsinore and Lake Perris SRA on regulatory and safety considerations.
• Manage vendor relationship for the Desert Daze festival - secured a deal for Empire Paddle Sports to be the exclusive float, eBike, and paddle sport vendor for 2021-2022 festivals.
• Directed the 2021 Stand Up for The Cure micro-event on Lake Elsinore, securing Liquid Death as the main sponsor for the event.
• Map out the customer journey, website, and social media channels for sub-brand Aquatone West. Serve as the Customer Experience (CX) lead for this brand.
• Manage the partnership with Borrow Our Bikes (based in Temecula) to conduct a 2021 seasonal pilot for the first-ever eBike trail designed for Lake Elsinore. Trail brands include "Brews & Buzz" and "Launch Pointe Loop".
• Notable Partnerships and Sponsorships:
-Partnered with California Department of Water and Safety on providing water safety materials (workbooks and posters) to local Inland Empire youth. Distributed more than 2,000 materials in 2021.
-Secured partnership with Craft Brewing Company for co-sponsored paddle, eBike, and brewery events planned for 2022.
-Secured a team sponsorship with Zinka Sunscreen for all 6 PaddleFit and SUP Yoga instructors on the Empire Paddle Sports team, including influencer management and marketing contracts.
