**Seasonal Roll** Assist the Event Coordinator setting up Fall and Winter events on the resort grounds of a reputable Northern ski resort. Help prepare and execute the registration process, handle waivers and fees that are associated. Keep eyes on and help set up the events through to close/tear down. File waivers appropriately.

Working as an experienced point-person and designer for the more intricate projects if the in-house designers plate was full. Most of the projects given were logo design sketch to implementation. Also responsible for making quick updates to files for current client projects that may use elements not designed by me.

Work in tandem with Art Directors,2D and 3D designers to create files for fabrication. Prep all outbound files for in-house and 3rd party vendors. Streamline process between creative department. Communicate with Event Managers/Art Directors and fabrication for project feedback and build specs. Ability to work on several large projects at once, switching gears between different creative tasks, keeping artwork and styles on brand

Prep all files for Production. Pre-Press all files. Create exploded view build drawings for install direction. Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop). Color correcting. Material specification. Effectively handle several projects at once. Communicate with Project Managers and Clients for creative feedback. Organization is extremely important.

Construction, handling and shipment of final client projects. Print, laminate, cut, weed and mask vinyl materials. Loading and unloading of many substrates on all large format printers. Assist in administrative duties and be responsible for department when the head of production is gone
