Strength Finder Results: 1) Woo 2) Includer 3) Communication 4) Command 5) Activator Hi, I’m Kait, I am a Graphic Designer local to the Minneapolis/St.

Paul area. My design background includes a large variety of projects for both print and web design for brands including Bobcat, Target, Nexcare, ACE, FUTURO, Play It Again Sports and more.

Learning new tricks of the trade is my favorite pastime, taking on new-to-me projects and challenges. My goals are to grow my knowledge of design past web layouts to do front-end development. Coming up with ideas and being able to execute it is both what excites and drives me to do this.

Graphic design isn’t a job, it’s a passion of mine.

Working in a creative environment is where I blossom. Bouncing ideas off one another and learning first hand is what continually excites me about this field. One project can have so many outcomes due to how each person's creative mind works, it’s fun to see what happens when working with a team of diverse creative problem solvers.

Due to my passion for research and learning, my many skills can be a great resource for you. Helping to build brands from logos to web development and advertising thereafter. I love it all!

Help businesses communicate with their employees through data visualization and recognition by utilizing custom websites, landing pages, applications, and interactive smartboard interfaces. Work closely with a UX designer to configure the flow of content into wireframes while designing around various client brand standards, keeping accessibility a priority. Produce badges, banners, and other digital assets for web-based platforms.

Digital Designer · 3M (Contract)

Design and develop responsive emails using current trends and technology. Update UX of consumer-branded websites including ACE Brand and Nexcare. Compose digital assets for various applications including digital campaigns and social media in the form of images, icons, and animations.

Creative Coordinator · Target (Contract)

Engage and inform Team Members through brochures, magazines, and other various store communication materials. Create custom icons and infographics to aid in communication for French and English speaking Target Canada Team Members.

Production artist and layout designer for Bobcat direct mail pieces. Awarded landing page design and email layouts due to high performance. Create and manage relationships with local printers, photographers, and copywriters.
