• Operating a top 5 performing store for FY18
• Assuming total accountability for the store’s profitability and guide team members to utilize Company reports to react to trends and drive business
• Actively seek outside inspiration and apply personal talent to develop and contribute unique perspectives to the overall display concept
• Communicate merchandising concepts and trends to the team through meetings, weekly walkthroughs and inspiration boards
• Show understanding of customer through creative photo layouts
• Accountable for the floor set process through effective planning, detailed mapping, clean execution and timely completion


• Working with vendors to create product assortment, advertising programs, and volume rebates 
• Assembling key business data reports to forecast sales and produce inventory analysis
• Identifying future product opportunities, trends, and offerings  
• Developing an in-depth understanding of product performance and customer base to develop action plans 

Assistant Buyer

 • Managing all aspects of PO information; including entry, revisions, sample management and tracking for both channels
• Presenting key information in executive meetings regarding shipments, deliveries and backorders
• Proofing monthly catalog and monitoring catalog styles until arrival at the distribution center
• Coordinating skus for timely sample shooting with photo studio
