I have experience in developing marketing plans and business plans to generate new clientele while also cultivating strong working relationships. I am a leader with an extraordinary lens for talent and have been involved in building communities internally and externally throughout Florida, New York, New Jersey, Conneticut, California and Arizona. I have a passion for people and seek way's to lead and develop others to professional and personal growth. I have the ability to manage several projects simultaneously and have created, planned, and marketed a variety of different events in addition to my current role as Director of Stores. I have an innate ability to build strong networks and I commit to creating a culture in store that people want to be apart of.

o	Recruit, direct, and manager District Managers, and Area Managers to meet or exceed planned store sales and profits for twenty-two locations.
o	Provide training and development to all DMs and Area Managers for outstanding customer service.
o	Direct and manage District Managers and Area Managers sales performance, payroll control, and procedural preparation/compliance.
o	Direct and manage visual merchandising and buying for all locations.
o	Create a strategy and action plan to manage operating expenses and shrinkage.
o	Establish monthly and annual budgeting and forecasting data and processes that tie into the overall company goals.


Execution of the brands first offsite community store event bringing numerous corporate employees, brand ambassadors, and client together for a record attendance.
o	Recruited and aligned talent for stores in other regions while also developing a new store team
o	Point of contact and aid in store strategies for new store openings and in-store events for the West.
o	Accountable for engagement of different managers during store openings, grand openings, and new hire trainings and responsible for collecting feedback of processes.


Operations Manager

Strengthen our brand presence as the leading women’s performance and lifestyle retail by serving as a brand ambassador.
o	Connect with women athletics while sharing the brands vision and values, while authentically inviting her to experience the Athleta brand services. 
o	Identify market strategies focused on building a diverse social media and community network, (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Blogs) helping to infuse the brands voice.
o	Accountable for executing a market strategy for the stores within the market that drives traffic and generates a financial return on investment
o	In partnership with Market Director, Community Leaders and General Managers, responsible for identifying, promoting and facilitating best practices and event tracking to increase brand awareness in our city stores
