I am a tenacious worker with an eye for detail and a passion for anything outdoors related.

I have spent the better part of my life surrounded by athletics both traditional and non-traditional. I am extremely passionate about Track & Field, and skateboarding and am a firm believer that both industries play a major role in the day to day life of everyone, whether they know it or not. I am looking for the opportunity to bring my years of passion to a company who can help me translate that passion into something far more than just another job.

Oversee team of over 20 associates and managers, helping coach and develop them into leaders we can send to larger opportunities or as representatives at corporate events. Analyzes weekly business to ensure that sales categories and key performance indicators are being met. Responsible for adjusting sales tactics to accommodate low sales categories, and ensure that sales numbers meet targets and push for continual growth.

Oversaw day to day operations pertaining to sales and business analytics. Continually helped to grow and promote associates with strong sales and customer service records. Helped to develop new way of merchandising store and back room to increase operational efficiency, and integrate corporate testing into day to day activities.

Sales associate at store 316. Duties included in depth product knowledge, as well as understanding of industry as well as company standards. Chosen for 2016 & 2017 US Open of Surfing, part of teams that had record breaking sales with over $200,000 in sales for peak traffic days.

Headed a full marketing makeover including change in advertising as well as implementation of referral programs. Led a full revamp of social media, introducing social media tracking, and trends analytics resulting in increases to website traffic and conversion. Created a quarterly newsletter that increased consumer touch points, as well as increased a brand expansion.
