Responsible for leading a team of highly skill creatives, in video and photography production. Provide support to campus partners through the promotion of institutional messaging, brand and story in an effort to build the institutional reputation, engagement, and stature.

Work closely with the Strategic Marketing and Communications staff and other campus departments to craft compelling photos and videos as well as effectively managing a skilled team, process, and resources.

Responsible for driving the visual direction across the CoStar Group umbrella of brands. Establishing brand standards and visual guidelines for a high volume team of photographers and videographers. Continue to drive strategy for video, drone and photographic initiatives for the brand as we continue to launch into new markets.

Bring innovation to high-volume photographic workflows, reducing the operational cost while improving the quality of imagery and videos produced.

Establish a uniform style for neighborhood/submarket photos and videos.

Make technical decisions regarding shoots such as choice of cameras, lenses, and other accessories as well as other aspects such as lighting, shot composition, etc.

Oversee and manage acquisition, deployment, and disposition of photo and video assets.

Collaborate with CoStar Marketing, Product Design, and Product Development to identify ideal methods for image and video hosting and distribution.

Responsible for driving the strategic narrative, creative strategy and visual identity for one of the world’s fastest growing and most disruptive e-commerce retail companies in recent years that has grown from $50 million to over $900 million in sales since I joined the team in 2014

Manage an in-house team of producers, photographers, designers, stylists, retouchers and techs to execute consistent brand messaging across various channels including product marketing and packaging, advertising, e-commerce, photography, video, social media, visual merchandising, digital advertising, presentation materials, and more

Led the launch of new brands to expand company’s retail footprint including maternity, petite, plus-size, shoes and luxury brand partnerships

Establish an efficient creative workflow process to ensure appropriate resources allocation and timely completion of projects within budget

Located and opened a 30,000 square foot state-of-the-art photo studio to house internal e-commerce, editorial photography and postproduction teams

Responsible for generating photography art direction for various fashion and lifestyle clients; produce in-studio content for catalog spreads, digital platforms, category hero shots and PIP (picture in picture) images, catalog selling shots, and other specialized photography as needed

Effectively manage project timelines and budgets to ensure milestones are completed on time, on budget and with the desired results

Engage and manage a creative production team to fits each client’s needs including producers, photographers, photo assistants, stylists, merchandise coordinators and more

Oversee and update the overall look and quality of imagery and final retouched deliverables from in-house digital studio

Research, scout and select locations; design all presentation boards and sets specific to season, product and branding guidelines
