Business Manager

• Processed all daily orders including EDI orders received and coordinated shipment of orders with our 3PL

Office Manager

• Held a key role in the implementation and customization of a warehouse management system used for North American shipping.  Responsibilities included identifying and alleviating process bottlenecks, training staff on use of new software, and congruently working with WMS implementation engineers to customize software to best suit our logistical needs.
• Day to day supervision and management of a 6-10 person team of warehouse generalists in charge of order fulfillment
• Coordination of key account deliveries and adherence to vendor compliance requirements ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction

Shipping Supervisor

• Selected to go to India for 7 weeks to help set up and manage an Employee Benefit Plan audit team in Hyderabad, India; responsibilities included training on various testing methodologies (for a team of 12 people), utilizing firm resources to provide technical answers to industry specific questions, reporting directly to director in charge of setting up the practice in India
• Served as the primary point of contact with client management and was responsible for building effective relationships with clients to ensure consistent and effective delivery of expectations and client retention
• Rated most favorably as "Exceeded Expectations" on formal evaluations and promoted to In Charge Accountant in August 2006
• Completed audit planning, testing, and reporting work for both public and private companies; significant clients included Sempra Energy, Sierra Pacific Resources, Xcel Energy, and Pony International
• Managed 4 person teams as in charge accountant and initiated periodic meetings with client executives and Deloitte management covering accounting issues and audit status
