• Implemented AIMS as a system to utilize it on its full capacity with imports and domestic modules • Implemented processes and procedures with all national retailers. • Oversee imports, Customer Service, Quality Control, Warehouse and Accounting departments. • Monitor full P&L of the company. • Monitor physical inventory to insure assets of the company.

Warehouse Shipping Manager • Lead, coach, and supervise a team of 36 Warehouse employees, to Achieve goals and results. • Ensure and implemented better practices to manage the inventory, OSHA law implementation, ensure adherence to the company's policies and procedures. • Communication with buyer and sales representatives to expedite sales of stock.

Oversee shipping, receiving, customer service, ticketing, and work flow thru the entire warehouse at a multi divisional company with 180 million dollars production. With production in Central America, China, Mexico, and Domestic.
