Julian is known for his skills in comprehensive strategy and planning using data analysis to achieve goals and deliver results. I manage a team of four high-performing educators in the high school Business, Information Technology, and Computer Department. I performed analysis using SQL for use in customer marketing, vendor relations, and inventory purchase decisions.  In this role, I created the company brand guide and marketing strategies to increase customer base and reduce “revenue left on the table”. I collaborated with the management team to establish a customer loyalty program to increase customer retention.

•	Designed, deployed, and maintained multi-channel business development strategies
•	Applied quantitative analysis to develop data-driven marketing campaigns and promotions
•	Employed CRM system to drive in-store traffic, increasing active customer base from 7,200 to over 11,000
