Responsible for all phases of product development cycle. Rcv/Review and hand-off TP’s to Production, with regards to development. Trend research, sourcing. Facilitate and oversee the flow in all related to proto and SMS development by ensuring Protos/SMS meet specs. Assist in improving the construction/materials that meet cost parameters. Prepared cost-sheets. Fabric/trim sourcing or counter-sourcing. Maintain WIP for different div/seasons/deadlines, track/receive & evaluate/send strike-off’s/lab-dips/smpls and extensive communication/follow-up. Assist in maintaining customer/vendor satisfaction. Troubleshoot and ensure deadlines are met, created/maintain fabric library, other duties as needed.

Provide assistance to manager and/or act in place of. Serve as liaison between customers, vendors, and other depts., coordinate and track various customer projects across different division/seasons/deadlines. Rcv/Review/Process TP’s/BOM’s with regards to development Protos/SMS/PP/Fit/FSS, etc. ensure goods meet specs. and construction/materials are within cost parameters and/or find ways to improve costs/updated cost-sheets. Delegate duties amongst in-house sample-room/production/dlvy. Fabric/trim sourcing or counter-sourcing. Maintain WIP, track/receive & evaluate/send strike-off’s/lab-dips/smpls and communicate/follow-up daily between oversea vendors/customers for approvals/feedback/dlvy, etc. Ensure deadlines are met, created/maintain fabric library, other duties as needed.

Serve as liaison between designers, customers, sales team, and production, process encad/buckpress/sample P.O.‘s, track/review/communicate on strike-offs/lab-dips/layouts/colors with print designers/customers/sales reps, delegate tasks amongst designers with regards to print developments/revisions, ensure tasks are executed in timely manner, color-trend research, generated color palettes to create fw/ss colorways on pre-existing prints, recolor prints with customers palettes/pantones, printing and preparing full scale/layout CADs for portfolios/customers and/or send e-files, prepared Print packages for overseas mills w/ bulk P.O.‘s, ensured deadlines were met. Worked with Q.C and 3rd party Testers for to ensure goods meet specs according to customer’s standards. Maintained status and kept track of fulfilling each orders requirements that varied between customers in regards to fit sample yardage, inspection reports, test reports, hangers/shade-bands, etc. Ensured on-time smpl and bulk deliveries via varied ship methods, osting/negotiating/trouble-shooting, data entry, update/maintain WIP and fabric/print libraries, other duties

Serve as liaison between to customers, interdepartmental staff and domestic print/dye mills, sourcing, researched/visited/established rapports in textile mkt, create/send headers, process strike-offs’s/samples, approved/entered all new fabric developments, customer service, costing/negotiating, issued P.O.‘s, extensive communication/follow ups via phone and email, send out swatches/color standards/lab dip requests, coordinated with QC for testing and ensuring goods met specs, reconciling, inventory, data entry, updated/maintained fabric/print libraries/binders/books and showroom, color cards, WIP reports, participated in trade shows, etc.
