Responsible for yearly and periodic sales goals. Developing a great management team. Developing and promoting the next store manager. Schedule writing. Receiving and shipping customer orders worldwide. Stay up on trends as well as forcasting new ones. Holding store meetings. Loss prevention. Keeping track of payroll to maximize profits. Working with a lot of different personalities and creating a great store vibe. Product audits, markdowns, floor moves, day to day shipment. Running special events, such as signings and contests.
