Training new hires, collaborating with industry brand merchandisers to ensure product is distributed and displayed in the most efficient way possible, meeting sales goals while ensuring positive customer interaction, keeping track of inventory and reordering or restocking when necessary by working closely with the company buyers, helping with the closing & expansion of company stores, setting up various company surf & skate competitions

Meeting and often exceeding daily personal sales goals, managing product restocking, helping with floor sets as well as creating visual displays

Preparing food, completing phone orders, bussing tables, delivering food orders, performing janitorial duties

Applying previous knowledge of skate product and sales experience, ordering product, merchandising, completing training on basic bike repair

Operating forklift and other small machinery, performing basic mechanical checks on equipment such as tractors and diesel trucks, dismantling and retrieving requested parts and shipping them out
