Created TikTok Shops, integrated Amazon FBA fulfillment using Webbee, creating creator and ad campaigns. 

Aided in developing a content calendar, Shopify site, and logistics for local french lifestyle brands. Incorporated IG collaborations, UGC, paid IG ads, and an affiliate program into an IG marketing plan. Aided in planning engaging reel content without degrading a premium brand built on pillars of heritage, culture, and consideration.

Designing a functional shopify site that emphasizes the brand pillars as directed by the founders. SSL testing, updating and monitoring DNS records, Managing website request types, connecting new domains, and implementing domain redirects via GoDaddy.

Negotiated carrier rates, integrated third party Shopify apps for automated shipping and branded tracking emails, with apps in line for email marketing, wholesale planning, social media data analytics, and affiliate marketing.

Organized PR magazine publications and found influencers for Instagram & Tiktok collabs.

Searched for freelancers and navigating urgent and multicultural business communications. 

Created graphics and physical materials.

Oversaw a Shopify site's Amazon inventory API (via Bytestand) and solved related problems with Shopify and Bytestand support, and linked Amazon Seller Central and Shopify SKU's as product offerings changed.

Oversaw every step of international LCL shipments from European factories, to American 3PL's, to Amazon warehouses.

Using light and efficient equipment, managed to produce and edit high quality content reposted by important sports figures and influencers in the surf industry, and generated an IG collab with an emerging, innovative watersports brand (Ion Surf). Gained fast recognition, high engagement, and organic social media growth.

Assisted Roxy’s global marketing team under French, Australian, American, and Spanish leadership. 

Learned how product design, marketing, and PR come together to keep Roxy timeless, relevant and fresh.

Managed our file structure for all of Roxy’s digital media, worked with freelancers to edit photos, stored them in a digital database available to all Boardriders brands, and linked them to our collection briefs and monthly marketing plans.

Assisted shoot organizers in castings, fittings, stylings, studio shoots, and location shoots.
Coordinated activations for athletes and influencers with heads of sports marketing, social media, regional PR, and external PR agencies.

Assisted with a social media content collab between Roxy, GrlSwirl Paris, and Carver in Hossegor.
Helped set up the “2023 Hossegor Quiksilver Surf Festival,” hosting Roxy athletes, employees, and local surfers.

While preparing packages for athletes and influencers, I created a python desktop application from scratch with ChatGPT that syncs to google spreadsheet data. The app made it possible to visualize what products were available with filters like size, color, collection, season, box number, and box location.
