KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: • Manage all inbound FCL/LCL shipments from initial booking to Customs clearance at the port, and all outbound parcel/LTL/FTL shipments; • Daily review of all shipping and receiving reports and follow-up with warehouse staff, customers, and logistics service providers; • Lead inventory cycle counts and reconciliation in QuickBooks; • Maintain the Style Master and Bill of Materials within ERP system; • Oversee warehouse operations while focusing on ways to improve processes, systems, and increase productivity.

Managed warehouse and facilities operations for this international lifestyle apparel distributor owned by Mossimo Giannulli. Oversaw storage and distribution of brand clothing marketed as Modern Amusement, Lucky Brand, and Michael Stars (women’s accessories). KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: • Eliminated $45K in chargebacks within first month on the job due to pre-packaging errors; • Established an open-book relationship and educated 3PL on internal/external processes that drove improvements to total logistics performance; • Negotiated 50% lower costs for piece-in and piece-out rates at 3PL; • Achieved higher levels of inventory accuracy and visibility, which resulted in a higher fill rate with Majors, International, and web orders (3 straight seasons of on-time shipping); • Processed and received EDI orders, including allocation of all sales orders; • Reduced excess and distressed inventory by coordinating closeout order management.
