focused on food and laundry services impacting over 12,000 positions.

· Supported all phases of one the largest civilian public-private competition ever undertaken, focused on general aviation pilot weather services, including Program Management, Change Management, Requirements Development, Performance Management, & Source Selection Support for Federal
Aviation Administration

· Led establishment of performance measures tied to a $10M contractual incentive, and development and implementation of a three-year, $2M strategic plan for communicating with stakeholders.

· Facilitated assessment of “as-is” organization and identification of “to-be” alternatives for $65M local area network and communications function at Customs and Border Protection supported by approximately 750 employees.

· Established a program “Put Your Best Foot Forward” supported by over 40 employee volunteers to help homeless and disadvantaged community
members obtain employment.
