Graphic Designer

Creative & Design

+ Foster the defining and sharing of design patterns, standards and guidelines, artifact reuse and consistency across team members. Contribute to the Vungle Design System iconography, animations and data visualizations.

+ Imagine and conceive design concepts and projects from creative briefs or messaging strategies and then to implement chosen concepts

+ Create graphic diagrams and animations to explain how products and processes work across various channels

+ Measure how designs are performing for target customers, Iterate and improve those experiences as needed

+ Determine the best design solutions based on customer feedback and business goals, identify challenges and adapt as needed based on the context of the solution and partner

Visual Designer II

+ Design all internal / external marketing collateral 

+ Design & maintain the BAYCAT website

+ Style guide creation and facilitation 

+ BAYCAT Studio client projects: brochure creation, motion graphics for video, logo design

+ Facilitate workshops for young adult studio interns

+ Lead students through the process of creation, and bringing projects to completion

+ Manage young people at different stages of development with a variety of strengths and styles

+ Design effective project-based design curriculum for youth media producers

Graphic Designer / Mentor

+ Create briefs for team to interpret, art direction with apparel design and PMs.

+ Present graphic/trend direction in design and Inspiration meetings, as well as seasonal kickoffs.

+ Domestic and international travel for trend research and factory development, management of projects for design interns. 

+ Work closely with developers and designers to ensure all artwork is final. File preparation for color separation, printing application, and scale.

+ Vendor / Mill visits through international travel

Senior Designer

+ Responsible for creating innovative and original placed graphics for all Men's Logowear and Mountain Athletics. 

+ Work with team to interpret graphics against a brief – collaborating with apparel design and PMs.

+ Present graphic/trend direction in design and Inspiration meetings, as well as seasonal kickoffs.

+ Domestic and international travel for trend research and factory development, management of projects for design interns. 

+ Work closely with developers and designers to ensure all artwork is final. File preparation for color separation, printing application, and scale.

+ Vendor / Mill visits through international travel/

+ Come to the table with a strong point of view on creative issues and discussions.

Apparel Graphic Designer

+ Create and design graphics, layouts and computer-based artwork for BR Online. 

+ Manage the full project life-cycle, from approved layout, to mechanical and through production follow-up. 

+ Consist of preparing Photoshop layouts and slicing assets. 

+ Time management and prioritization of various projects at once.
