I’m an extremely creative minded individual who has over 18 years of experience in the fields of marketing, graphic and apparel design.  I have over 5 years experience in recruiting, developing and leading design teams- from high school interns all the way up to industry professionals.  
My strongest quality, outside of my design ability, is my leadership. My industry experience and expertise is a tremendous asset to any company, because I know how to implement extremely efficient processes, plan strategically, and care for and develop people. Over the years this has been my formula for creating some of the most successful products year in and year out.

Owner and founder of Off The Grid.  
As the founder I started the company selling tees, hats and fleece through DTC and social media marketing.  We launched our first cut n sew product in 2018 and off we went.  We  are growing rapidly and will be actively seeking new hires over the years to come. 

Senior designer for men’s apparel specifically men’s lifestyle, men’s active and men’s outerwear.  

Senior Desinger

• Lead the creative direction for color, style, fit and look for all Fox Boys apparel.
• Researched key trends in the marketplace to develop the t-shirt blank assortments, washes         
   and color story for each season.
• Responsible for designing label packages for the boy’s sportswear line. 
• Senior Designer for OurCaste outerwear and Dakine mens and womens boardshorts.

Senior Apparel Desinger

• Creative Director of all visual branding; including stage design, design of their coffee   
   shop, and any and all branding around the campus.
• Created and designed The Movement Website and Phone App, all print-ables, sign-age, 
   sermon series artwork, advertising material and overall branding of the church.
• Conceptualized, created and implemented all artwork and strategies for each new series, 
   event and ministry.  
 • Recruited, developed and lead a team of high school interns in researching key trends for 
    fonts, design layout, web design and video to execute all the graphic design needs of The 
    Movement.

Creative Director

• Lead the creative direction for color, style, fit and look for all FMF apparel.  
• Oversaw the creative direction for all marketing material, photoshoots and graphic tees. 
• Researched key trends in the marketplace to develop the t-shirt blank assortments, 
   washes and color story for each season.
• Designed the label packages for the men’s and women’s sportswear lines.

Senior Designer/Director

• Lead designer of all Teamworks programs for DC's elite athletes including: Ken Block, Rob 
   Dyrdek, Travis Pastrana, Jeremy McGrath, Dave Mirra, and Trey Canard.
• Senior designer in charge of researching key trends, implementing color stories and                                
   designing all men’s tops.
• Created and launched DC’s first Moto Gear line.

Senior Designer

• Lead designer in charge of all categories for the brand Etnies at Sole Technologies. 
• Created relevant product for the action sports market along side our professional 
   athletes: Sean Malto, Mikey Taylor, Tyler Bledsoe and Ryan Sheckler to make relevant    
   product for the action sports market.

Fashion Designer

While I was at Quiksilver I progressed from a graphic designer to an assistant designer and worked my way up to being assigned to an entire category.

Designer for knit tops. 2007-2008
• Researched and created key trends on color and style for all knit tops, including fit and 
  execution of each style.

Assistant designer for all categories 2005-2006.  
• Assisted in creating tech packs and set up patterns for our vendors.  
• Designed pieces for the apparel and accessories lines.
• Created all SMU products for select retailers and for our own Board Riders Club stores.

Graphic design 2004-2005 
• Designed and created t-shirt artwork and all artwork for our sportswear division.

• Developed and designed the concept and design for the 2004 international 
   marketing campaign.
• Created and designed graphics for marketing, including P.O.P. and 
   trade-show booth display layout.
• Designed all catalogs for each category (7 per season).
• Created advertising layouts for print and POP.
• Created concept and execution of seasonal marketing "look and feel" for the brand.
