Key Account Manager - Mass and Specialty

Managed the key operational aspects of the entire US Golf Ball business by collaborating with marketing and sales to validate demand forecasts. Identified potential inventory issues and provided key solutions to achieve 2014 financial targets.
•	Maintained the buy plan in accordance with Sales Forecast and Sales Operations Plan targets for the US Region.
•	Managed product life cycle from product qualification to product closeout and provide prompt communications when deviations from plan occur.
•	Directed weekly ship plan meetings to keep US shipments on track to support a $10M golf ball business for year 2014.
•	Internal liaison between the Purchasing Department, Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Service and Production to ensure necessary operations are in place to support the U.S commercial group.

Demand Planning - US Golf Ball division
