-Created and curated content with a package of our shop merchandise during my travels throughout Australia, New Zealand, and South East Asia(Philippines, Indonesia, and Singapore) -Managed/supervised anywhere from 4 to 10 employees while opening/closing shop -Conducted inventory, merchandising, wardrobe styling, the cash register, and product placement while helping with opening, closing, tagging, sizing, folding, and cleaning the shop -Managed our Special Orders, Warranties, and Donations by keeping close contact with Sales Reps, Customers, and other organizations/businesses -Worked with wholesale vendors to keep track of our RAs/Return to Vendor products -Helped customers with wetsuits, surfboards, skateboards, snowboard rentals, and clothing

-Performed color correction, photo reproductions, scanning, and printing for customers with film, film slides, antique photos, art, and their own digital images as well -Handled email orders and both cold and warm calls for our customer’s orders - Filed, transferred, and organized image files for our own digital archives and the customer’s archives as well

-Wrote and contributed to quarterly newsletters -Advised students about their academic career and helped set up their four year plans -Collaborated with staff members to organize department events that inflicted connections, ideas, and relationships amongst the professors, staff, and students

Halation Agency is a company that “focuses on connecting the Australian consumer with trusted, quality brands to drive prosperity in Australian fashion retail” (Halation). By partnering with designers, retailers, and influential buyers internationally, they provide consumers with products ranging from skin care, booby tape, make-up, and facial scrub to dresses, bags, shirts, jackets, scarves, and hats. Halation is the link between brand, store, buyer, and consumer. • Conducted sales calls(both cold and warm) and handled email correspondence to sell product, collect orders, and get customer feedback for Salt & Stone, an Australian skincare and sunscreen brand, as well as Quay, the Australian based sunglasses company • Created, sorted, and edited different accounts on SalesForce based on buyer interactions • Handled EDM marketing by editing look-book templates, adding/removing emails to and from subscription lists, and sorting the different accounts within MailChimp • Assigned to do the merchandising, sample packaging, sample unpacking, pricing, and general cleaning/rearrangement in the showroom

-Managed an Instagram page that has the second largest following on the UCSC campus -Advertised different events at the Catalyst, promoted local businesses such as Get Faded Barbershop, and collaborated with the Surf Team, Ski & Snow Club, and other school organizations to publicize their events -Promoted Santa Cruz, its culture, its people, and the lifestyle associated with it through photos we have taken, photos submitted to us by photographers in the area, and captions that described the nature of the image

-In charge of opening, closing, tagging, sizing, the register, folding, cleaning, and breaks -Assigned chores and scheduled shifts -Maintained aesthetics of the store, product placement, and over-all store operations

-Passed bills, worked the ASB store, and did sales for apparel, ASB cards, and brick donations -Headed the Technology/Media Committee and was a part of the lunch-time activities, spirit-week, and pep-rally committees -Ran the WHS ASB Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook with the help of my committee -Planned school spirit events such as lunch-time activities, spirit-week, and pep-rallies
